Let us introduce LTSP. We are a friendly sailing and power boating school situated in the renowned sailing town of Lymington on the edge of the western Solent to the south and the New Forest to the north. We are based at the Lymington Town Sailing Club whose reputation for warmth and friendliness is second to none. The club house has excellent facilities with two bars, one in the Solent room with breathtaking views over the Solent to the Isle Of Wight, a first class restaurant, changing rooms with hot showers and well appointed lecture rooms. The school provides an excellent degree of tuition to RYA standard and weather permitting operates all year round. Our experienced RYA qualified instructors are familiar with the local sailing area and conditions. They have an enthusiastic relaxed and above all, safe approach to their sport and operate with low student/instructor ratios and safety boat cover which exceeds RYA recommendations. On this site you will find brief detail about RYA competences with tuition from 2 days up to 5 days depending on your experience and the time available to you. If the program dates are not suitable please call, as we are generally flexible and can often accommodate non-programme dates. Once you have chosen the course that suits, please complete the booking form and return it to the school with your full payment made payable to Lymington Town School of Sailing & Powerboating.
